Christmas Lunch @ The Fongs

Always love festive meals prepared at home.

However, the family domestic helper was away that month
so there was a whole lot more of work to be done in the preparation.

My mum and sister basically did most of the work.
My task was to watch over the chicken and mushrooms in the oven
and I was in charge of dessert.

We bought a lobster and French crab at a steal from Aeon.
I wanted to use it for my Christmas Eve dinner with Mike
but I didn't have the confidence to cook it. LOL.

So it was used for Christmas lunch instead.
