Let the Bao speak for itself.

It was a cold night and we braved the cold just to eat Baos @ Little Bao on Staunton Street in Central, HK.

We read a blog on this restaurant and decided to give it a go because of the good write up.

My mum was absolutely skeptical about eating paus though.
And she was also, the oldest there amongst the crowd of yuppies.

We waited for about an HOUR just to get seated - on a weekday.
The seating capacity is REALLY limited which is a bummer
but I would say that it was worth the wait (at least if it's your first time there).

It's definitely worth trying out
especially if you're into 'new' food experiences.

I love the whole fusion pao concept. Innovative.
And more importantly, it tastes GOOD too :)

Just look at that . . . .

Hong Kong snippets

Been so busy with work and the wedding preparations recently
that this blog has been the last thing on my mind.

I would love to write about what I've been up to with the wedding prep (for memory sake) but at the same time, I'm afraid of jinxing things, for some odd reason.

I'm usually not into all this pantang larang crap but until I've secured everything, with the contract signed and sealed, I'd feel more comfortable sharing more.

Right now, it's just quotations, quotations and quotations. It's soooo tiring, especially when you don't have time on your hands.

Plus my Pinterest frenzy is getting worse by the day.
It's making me greedy for more MORE MORE -_-

Wedding prep rant aside, here are some picture (with more to come in separate posts) :

SO good. So good.

Just a picture of a lamp at the hotel lobby

This restaurant deserves a post on its own :)

Worth the carbs.

This is my first post of 2014.
Was away the past week on holiday and to also settle my wedding stuff ;)

However, before I even start on documenting my HK & Guangzhou trip,
I must document 2013's New Year's Eve celebration.

I realized that if I don't blog about the things I have done or places that I've been to, it's getting harder and harder for me to remember things these days. Even when it comes to remembering people's names. No joke.

Melly cooked us a wonderful Japanese meal.
Our last meal of 2013.

We had a countdown at Melly + Ez's home.
Ivan was our entertainer of the night. He's so funny.
Plus, he's single and very eligible too.

Ivan's the guy in between Bec & I, in case you're wondering.
Plus, he has also cut his hair since this pic was last taken. Hehehe.

The rest of the guys in the pic are the market? Hahaha.

If you're interested, feel free to drop me a line :o)

2013 was quite a breeze for me.
I thank God for that.

I am hoping that 2014 remains the same, and if not, better.
