Seafood Saturday

My sis should take part in Masterchef.

I can vouch for her cooking
and I will even (reluctantly) admit defeat
that my cooking pales in comparison to hers.

This was seriously, SUPERB. Juicy and very tasty cheesy garlic prawns.
My aunt brought these fresh big prawns for us all the way from Sandakan.


The baked salmon was also simple and nice.

My sis said that she got it from Ben's @ Publika and the salmon was freshly flown in today.
